This is not only about a piece of paper: I'm passionate about supporting you to create an experience which means your students get great outcomes, your completion rates are high, feedback is positive and referrals flow in (this is what we've done at Optimus!)
And then you can accredit the program to increase credibility and open you up to wider audiences.
The key here is you're learning from someone with over 20 years educational experience: my Masters is in Education and Psychology, I developed programs nationally for students aged 11-19 and then I've created my own academy which is a market leader: we have over 95% completion rates * and 100% of our students say our training meets or exceeds expectations.**
I understand how to create great learning experiences - this was my role as a Deputy Head Teacher and as a highly experienced trainer: I translate my decades of experience as well as my commercial knowledge to support you to have maximum impact.

You have a library of lessons which you can watch on demand plus:
- Twice monthly 90 minute coaching calls where you can ask me questions and get feedback on your progress (these are on a Wednesday between 1 and 4pm UK time : usually 1-2.30pm UK time)
- Feedback: you can submit your course and your resources for feedback at least twice a month to ensure you're on track
- Quality mark: we ensure all courses and programs that go through our program meet our own quality mark looking at
-the organisational structure, goals and values
- policies, systems and procedures
- the course structure, learning outcomes and pedagogy
- delivery and evaluation methods
Our role is to help you create an excellent course which means you can have a bigger impact in the work you do.
AND: a 1/2 day train the trainer session if you want to train others in your methodology (Summer 2024) this can be key if you want to scale
Price £997 if you sign up by the end of May 2024: price increases to £1500 afterwards

If you pay in instalments you get 6 months access and can continue access at £97 per month.
This program is not suitable for you if you want to look at ICF Level 1 or Level 2 training : this is done on a consultancy basis.
