I get it : 9 years ago I was in the same position as you : I was building my coaching business alongside my young family and was seeing all of the things I "should" be doing. I ended up investing a large chunk of my savings in a group program where I met a great community of other coaches yet I still felt a bit lost.
Looking back, I wish I'd done my research and had a program with someone who had got results outside of the coaching space and that they were able to understand my professional background plus I would have liked a smaller group and personalisation.
Over the last 9 years I've worked with 1000s of coaches to help them build businesses that work for their strengths and their target clients.
I wanted to create an affordable high-value program for a maximum of 25 coaches who were wanting my expertise and support to build their businesses.

We'll look at your data every month and make sure you're on track as well as modifying your plan and we'll get really clear on what business structure and model works for you (and why)

Weekly group training sessions which will help you to have everything you need to start and grow your business
You'll be taught a core curriculum where you can go through the key foundations of mastering the business so you'll have all that you need to be successful based on my 6 step system:
This is delivered on Thursdays at 7pm GMT from the 13th February with all sessions recorded, there are 12 sessions in total finishing in May 2025
Goals and Strategy : we look at what you want to achieve and break it down into manageable, measurable targets
Client attraction and audience growth: you'll get clarity on your target audience, messaging, brand story, visibility and lead generation
Nurture: you'll explore how to build relationships so people go from knowing you to buying from you
Convert : you'll look at how to make sales effectively
Deliver: you'll get clarity on your programs and key deliverables including systems, processes and feedback. This is about designing great programs.
Grow: you'll explore the right business model and products to scale in a way that works for you
These sessions will include Q&A, worksheets and templates and will be recorded for you.
Mentoring and coaching support from Ruth
You'll be able to get all of your questions answered with mentoring, coaching and advisory support from me.. This will help you to tailor your plan and take action. My clients say I'm supportive, compassionate and challenging my varied experience working with coaches and consistent results mean I'm best placed to support your growth and... I'm a master certified coach so I can help you with your mindset, confidence and identity so you can become the business owner you want to.
These sessions are invaluable as I can get under the bonnet of your business and support you to take action.
These sessions start in February and finish in June with 5 months of mentoring support running alongside the weekly training sessions, each month there are three sessions: 2nd Friday of each month 12-1pm GMT and one additional friday, last Thursday of each month 5-6pm GMT

This will be in London in on March 21st 2025 and is a chance to meet everyone, learn new strategies and take bold action.

Monthly check ins and feedback

This programme has converted me to coaching. When I first spoke with Ruth I was just starting to set up my business and was rather at sea, not really knowing what I needed to do. I signed up to Ruth’s signature programme, it felt like a big commitment but I was genuinely surprised by the enormous value I got from the programme. Before deciding to work with Ruth, I had heard no end of good feedback.
